Let’s introduce you to Mikaila, a beloved nanny and incredible woman, and Kyle, an entrepreneur and service member of the National Guard. They’re so in love, and trusted us to capture their wedding day. Not every wedding has perfect weather but their New Albany wedding did. For early September their day was wonderful and not too hot.

Kyle’s tears as they shared their first married kiss and their pups showing up for family portraits are two of our favorite moments from the day. It took Kyle and Mikaila a little time after the ceremony to recover from the happy tears. We love when emotions are visible on wedding days. When the pups arrived they were so excited to see mom and dad on their wedding day! It was hard to capture their portraits because the pups were so happy.

The Estate at New Albany offered a gorgeous space for a marriage celebration. They truly thought about every detail while designing their venue and it makes all the difference in the final images and video. Everyone stayed on schedule due to the venue coordinator being so on top of every detail. We can’t wait to work there again! New Albany boasts beautiful landscapes and is a dream for a wedding.
